Depending on your age the doctor is probably going to do several things. He may do a urinalysis, so yes, peeing in a cup would be the way to do that. He'll do the usual eyes, ears, nose, throat and listen to your heart stuff. He may check for a hernia....he'll ask you to drop your shorts and he'll briefly check the equipment, then cup your scrotum and press a litte...then he'll have you turn your head and cough...then he'll do the other side. If he decides to do an anal exam (this is not usually until you're an adult) he'll glove up and lube up, then insert his finger to check your prostate. While its tough to be so vulnerable...its over very quickly. Hope this helps!
