The problem is, when my penis is erect, the meatus or ureatha (the pee crack) hurts to touch, its clean and everything, but it hurts to touch, but about 2months ago, it was ok to touch with no pain, but its come back again, i have no problem masturbating, i still have a lot of fun ect, but when i touch it, it hurts. could you tell me what this is? or what to do? Thanks
