It is probably your testosterone is too low,the estrogen E2 is to high or both.
If the testosterone is in the lower half of the "normal" range and/or the Estrogen E2 is in the upper 1/3 of the "normal" range you will have those problems.
Both can be corrected with a knowledgeable doctor. They are hard to find in the field of hormones. Most only had one 3 hr class in the subject.
