Let me start off by saying that I have a tight foreskin which has restriced my sexual activites somewhat and am waiting for an appointment at the hospital to get rid of it.
For the past few days now I have been experience a bit of discomfort in the end of my penis, mainly on the foreskin area. I wasn't too sure if it was an STI but considering my last sexual encounter was over 5 months ago I would assume I would have been feeling this discomfort for a lot longer.
It doesn't seem to hurt when I pee but upon closer inspection of rolling my foreskin back as far as I can I have discovered some small white/yellow flakes that look like soap to be under the foreskin and was wondering whether this could be the cause of the discomfort and wondered what it is??
If not then any other suggestions as to what is causing my penis to feel a little wierd?
Hey man, uncut here too so I understand your equipment. What you're seeing is smegma, a naturally occuring substance that lubricates the head a bit so your foreskin moves around on it some. Retracting your foreskin and washing under there daily will take care of it. It also sounds like your penis may just be a bit irritated for some reason. Doesn't sound like any STD or something. Hope this helps. By the way, are you getting a circumcision to "take care of it" if so...I hope you've really thought through that one and it is exactly what you want to do.
I would suggest you go to Men's Health, second sticky from the top, and follow that before you consider removing your foreskin. Keep us posted and good luck.
I would definately give some thought to removing your foreskin. I have one too, and am quite glad. I understand your concerns about it being too tight...but check with your doctor. It may stretch with time.
Once you cut it off though...it's gone. If you want to get it back, you have to try stretching it...which don't sound fun to me.
And if you can stretch a cut foreskin back over the head, then something tells me with a little practice, you can get used to stretch an uncut foreskin off your head. That's the struggle of being uncut, but I wouldn't have it any other way. Uncut guys are more sensitive physically.
Even though I was circumcised as an infant, I still get smegma under the remaining foreskin and especially in the folds of the frenulum. I, too, wash while I shower in order to remove the cheezy residue.
