hi guys. i was wondering if you could help. a few days ago my fiance said that when he ejaculated it kind of hurt him. he said it felt like someone was covering the hole. it was a little bit of sharp pain. it happen like two or three times. does anyone know what it might be?? oh and does anyone know how he can prevent from getting little cuts on the gead of his penis? he gets these little cuts that look like paper cuts during the summer once in awhile. they hurt him, so we can't have sex. i think its because it might be dry a the skin cracks a little, i dunno. its no kind of std i know that. he also is not curcumsized if thats helps at all. any advice will be greatly appreciated. thanks.

if he's getting cuts, it sounds like a minor infection. dry skin simply peels, it doesn't leave cuts. he should see the doctor. the right ointment will clear that up fast.

I can see where small cuts on his glans, even with a foreskin could be very painful. If this would happen to me, I would see a doctor to get relief,

I certainly don't mean to be offensive or scare you in any way..I mostly want to help you.
You need to be a little more specific? his he uncircumcised?? does he get the cuts while materbating/or during intercourse? and is it painfull when he ejaculates doing either?
The cuts and being painful and feels like somones stopping up the hole??. That don't sound good at all sweetheart....don't mean to scare you or anything but he could be having a sign of penis cancer...its a rare disease but it's there and very well could be? I sure hope not!....
It usally starts out with little sores... lumpy warts, ulcer ...cuts?...you need to get him to his physician ASAP.....he/she will probably do a biopsy..and start treatment right away.
There is a close similarity to std's like syphilis and penile warts ...that look canserous but there not...the Dr will have to do some Lab work from the biopsy to distinguish that and cancer of the penis.
hopefully its just an underlying infection cause from unknown reasons/having a poor hygiene is a factor also, ....it may be a good ideal for you both to get checked for std's...because even tho you said it's not std's?(how can you be sure if you didn't get checked?)

Now days(certain) std's can be transmittied by just touching a man's urnal-handle flush??...dependends on the bodys imumme system and metablisium.
please don't let this go untreated...earily detection is your best medcine in the long run.

If its cancer of the penis? going left untreated the malignancy will metastasize and spread to other parts of the body most offten via the lymphatic system.THATS NOT GOOD SWEETHEART!

no, the cuts and the pain when he goes are two different issues. the cuts are really small and it only happens once in a blue moon in the summer time. he says its because it gets dryed and crackes a little. have you ever gotten those crackes in between your toes if they get really dry? well thats what its like. its NOT from bad heigene because he washes extremly well down there. he is not circumsized so he pull back the skin and washes really good under it and all that stuff, at least twice a day (cause he's a macanic and sweats alot). and its not any std because i just had a baby 10 months ago so they check for everything and not only got a pap smear but i was tested for everything. i don't sleep around and neither does he. as far as the pain he felt when he went, i dunno what that was. we just had sex last night and he didn't say anything about feeling it so maybe it went away. but if he does feel it again i will have him see a doctor. thank u all for ur help.

sometimes, as in a woman, an infection just happens. it can also be caused by washing too much, and removing the protective bacteria...or washing with the wrong kind of soap. this is very easily cleared up with the right ointment.
