i have little white spots around it can anyone tell me wat this is and how i can make them go away

I'd suggest you do a search that has some pictures. It can either be perfectly normal, or veneral warts. There are plenty of sites that give pictures of warts. You can also see your doctor and ask him.

We can't see what it looks like. Simply saying white bumps can be a number of things. You want a diagnosis, but don't want to see a doctor. Sorry, but it's simply not possible.

it might be pearly penile papules, which is another way of saying harmless nerve endings. do a search for pictures, and see if that is what it looks like.
I agree with the others, you can't diagnose over the net.
