I have been suffering with a prolapsed (slipped) disc for the past 7 weeks and as a result have not masturbated for a while. However, a few days ago the urge was too strong and I did. I was alarmed to find that I had ejaculated before reaching orgasm - things got a little messy! Also, when reaching orgasm I experienced a burning sensation around the base of the penis. I have also been experiencing a cloudy discharge sometimes when urinating - it appears to be semen. Urinating is also sometimes very difficult - the feeling of wanting to go desperately but not being able to -or- having a very slow trickle when passing water.

I know for a fact that I do not have any STDs.

I am currently taking Dihydrocodein and Nefopam for the pain from the slipped disc which is the very bottom disc at the base of my spine. It is pressing onto the nerve bundles causing me great pain in the lower back and right leg regions.

Could the condition of a slipped disc cause these ejaculation/urinating problems or could it be the medication (or even both)? If it's the disc could any lasting damage be caused that would effect my ability to control ejaculations/urinating?

This is really worrying me! Hope someone has any thoughts!!??
