If a girl performs oral on a guy and if she has something (disease or something) can the guy get an STD?? and if so, then what std's can be transmitted to the guy.
I don't know of any absolute limitation on what STDs can or positively cannot be transmitted by oral contact. However, I believe some may be tougher to transmit than others via oral sex. Unfortunately I don't know which is more or less likely to transmit.
But I can guarantee that a girl can't possibly give the guy an STD she doesn't already have.
It is theoretically possible to transmit every STD through oral sex. But the risk is low, and it is much lower than the risk of disease transmission through intercourse.
The person giving is at greater risk than the person receiving, because saliva does not transmit STDs as well as semen or vaginal fluids.
One of the more common STDs passed via oral is herpes. If she has cold sores, say, you can get genital herpes. Typically, cold sores are the type 1 virus which really doesn't like the genitals, but they can still erupt and while you may have fewer outbreaks, you can still pass them on. If she happens to have the type 2 virus orally, then you may end up with the nasty version of genital herpes.
While not an STD, a number of men report problems following unprotected sex that resemble prostatitis and pretty much defies treatment. I agree the risks are low, especially compared to unprotected intercourse, and the sensations of protected sex sometimes make it impossible to orgasm, but the risks are certainly not zero. I highly recommend using condoms, especially with risky sex partners.
