I'm a 40 Y.O. male and just started experiencing a very uncomfortable pain in my penis during erection. It seems to be deep, not superficial, and located just below the glans. No seepage, strange curvature, lumps, swelling, redness. Persistent through orgasm. Some "softness" occurs while tolerating the pain. I'm moderately sexually active. No trauma when masturbating.
I don't know what this could be, if you dont have any discharge or redness or inflammation???...I was thinking maybe "Balanitis" but your symtoms don't seem like that, unless theres a underlying problem that you don't know about...obviously?....are you Diabectic? could be that you have mellitus diabetes? and/or you have rule out any type of std's?
if you engauge is rough sex "intercourse" perhaps thats all it is??..I know some times when I have rough sex my penis gets bent back pretty bad and it hurts for a day or two after and if you miss..ouch...hopefully its just that?
The deep pain within the penis is not a good thing to have, if I was you I would make an appointment with a well respected and smart uroligist!
if the pain don't go away within a few days!
Theres no telling what it could be??..post back let us all know what you found out..sorry I was not any help......good luck to you.
Thanks for taking a stab at my recent medical concern. To elaborate further... No discharge, std's, rough sex and I'm not aware of the diabetes issue, but I'll research that further. How would diabetes relate to this issue anyways?
