umm these whit bumps have my pubic hair comin out of them and they go all the way up my scrotum but only on the bottom and some have become bigger and swollen because if i sqeeze them they are like zits n will do what zits do it sure isnt cool,,,,,i want to know if there is anyway to get rid of them because my zit cream did not work its just not cool because i cant do anything with a girl because im scared of what it may be so some one please help me out
Sounds like ingrown hair... nothing you can do about them, DO NOT "POP" THEM like a zit!!! They will go away on there own.
As for consern with being with a girl, you should be wearing a condom!

the thing is that i have "just been waiting for them to go away" for almost 5 years and nothing ,,,oh i the only thing i have gotten from a girl is somthing that i can do myself but ya if i were to do somthing obviously i would wear a condom ,,,but thanks alot keil and i will post updates
They have pubic hairs growing out of them because they are pubic hair follicles. They are visible because the skin is very thin there. Perfectly normal. It’s just something guys have. Nothing you can do. DO NOT SQUEEZE THEM. Search under ‘penis bumps’ for the other normal lumps and bumps you might expect.
are they very painful? If so, that sounds like foliculitis. If it doesn't hurt like a SOB to pop them, that aint it. It also causes blood mixed with the puss.
Best way is anbti-biotics, are a strong one if thats what you have.
these bumps go all the way to the middle of my shaft on the bottem and 2 are imflamed and have been for a long time and will not go away i hate them i just wanna know what they are so i can maybe get rid of them once and for alll
