Greetings all,..

I must be getting older but hear goes...

Concerned about my testosterone production. I've ntoiced that my wisker hair doesn't grow out as fast as it once did. Also, my sex drive at times isn't as strong as it once was or as I would like it t/b. That really concerns me..!!!

I'm 38, exercise 5 times per week and watch what I eat....

Is there a way to increase testosterone via food groups, supplements or other natural ways..?? Maybe I'm being too concerned but any comments would be appreciated...

If you have these concersn, then you might want to go to a doctor and have your testosterone levels tested. If they are normal, then don't worry about it. If they are indeed low, he may perscribe a testosterone cream to help boost your testosterone production to normal levels. As far as I know, all the testosterone bosting suppliments are not going to do the trick.

Yes. One's hormones are not to be tinkered with! See a doctor. Too much testosterone is not a good thing!
