What is "normal" in the errection dept??

My husband is 27 and has a hard time getting an errection. We've been together for about 4 years and it's always been an issue, but now it's more frequent. I have to coax it up every time now. He can still have a random errection on occasion or in the morning (so I hear). I can give him oral sex and it will stay flacid the whole time, even after ejaculation. He's pretty defensive about it and claims that girls just expect a guy to get it up but most guys are this way. He is the first male I've been with where I had to coax and beg it up. I try not to make him feel bad, at the same time, after four years, you need to get over yourself and go see a doctor. Anyways, is he right in thinking that this is normal or is that just his ego talking?

I'd think he'd want to see the doctor. It must be frustrating for him too.

It's a hard subject for a Man to go see a Doctor about erection problems, or any problems pertaining to his penis. But he could have a medical problem, with his prostate to hormone levels like his testosterone being to low.

Tell him to get over it (and grow up) and see his doctor. If he has any concern at all for himself, I sure would, he should talk with his doctor. If he has any interest in sex anymore he needs to see a doctor. If he has any affection for your concerns and needs, he must see his doctor. Take him yourself if you must. He sounds very insecure.
