check out the sticky at the top of the Men's Health forum, on stretching the foreskin.
if your foreskin used to retract easily, and has recently grown very tight, you might have an infection which causes tiny tears, and scarring. if that is the case, the stretching won't help until the infection is cleared up, and will actually cause further tightness. not to worry, it is easily cleared up by a trip to the doctor, and some ointment or an antibiotic.
