| Re: Need Advice!
hi,
Well first off the Dr will need to know if your problem is "phychological or ''physical'' ?...your Dr may want to do some blood work (test)to see your testerone levels....and thru the process of limitations that the meds you are taking or have been taking is the underlying cause for your problem??> the Dr will know more as to what maybe causes this type of problem...if a drug your taking has been found to cause this problem then that drug will be eliminated or replace with another. you may have a counter reaction with the already drugs you was taking to the drug your taking now....even tho your Dr said the "klonopin" will not cause the E.D.....IT MAYNOT IF THAT WAS THE ONLY MED YOU TAKE...SEE MY POINT!
You need to let the Dr know that while taking the SSRI's (for anxiety) thats when you started having the E.D.....I TEND TO THINK THATS WHAT CAUSED YOUR PROBLEM ALL ALONG? but I'm no Dr so don't trust me on that!
I think if you still have your sex drive a lot of this problem is just phychological and low on your testerone levels?? (maybe).
Obviously you need to "raise your testerone level but I'm sure the Dr would know....THERES A LOT OF MEDS OUT NOW DAYS!
If the meds you were taking...never seem to help and your just taking that one (klonopin)....I think you should have waited at least 3 or 4 weeks before you started on the klonopin! but I'm not real sure?
I remember reading some med book at a Dr's office one time a few years ago and I think theres an injection (in the penis) they can give you to solve your problem but its only good for 3 or so months? not sure how long it last? and very expensive.
NOT MEANING TO SCARE YOU BUT normally dranking will cause low sex drive that dranking would/could cause this type of problem? ......liver/kidney problems and some problems like preneious anmia (missing the instric factor) (low B-12) would be cause from dranking excessively...but not to get confused with E.D. there closely asscoiated but in a different way
you might need to have your prostate check also?
Now if I haven't confused enough already....lol
The best thing to do is go see your Dr, and he/she may refer you to a speclist in this field.
Good Luck.
