excluding std's!!... volume of sperm...don't worry bout that/ that is probably normal in a man your age?
I think I would seek another medical opinion.
There are a lot of things....infections for most..., Bladder/ prostate gland/urethra/testes/ /maybe a old injury flare-up/ hernia/
my advised > seek a urioglist.
