Past few weeks iv noticed 2 white spots on my penis and it worrying me what it is, i dont want to go to the doctors cant i just get treatment for it buying a product?

iv tried getting it off and it bleeds then goes back white again after few hrs has anyone got anyideas what it can be and what to do next please

You need Medical Help...See a Doctor or go to a Hospital Emergency Room.
