I'm a virgin. I've been masturbating once a day. I feel horny and erection quality is superb on some days(2-3 days every 1-2 weeks), but am impotent (can't get an erection or can't keep it) on others. I tried laying off masturbation on horny days, or masturbating even more...nothing worked. I'm dead sure it's not phychological or anything since I do the same things every day, have the same stress, and watch the same porn. Everything is the same every day. I can't think of anything outside my body that makes a difference. Could hormonal disorders account for this? Or any other guesses?
Well, despite what you say, it sure sounds psychological. Maybe you do it too much. If you do it just to be doing it, then it is bound to get a bit boring. Looking at porn all the time makes it less exciting, so start holding back and do it only when you really are horny.
I had good erections and horniness for 5 days and it all returned to bad erections and loss of sensation in penis yesterday. What I don't understand is why my horniness changed so quickly. I really felt horny during the 5 days and I didn't overmasturbate...I'm not tired of looking at porn either.

I'm going to say that you're probably wrong about it not being psychological. Unless you do the exact same thing every day, get the exact same amount of sleep, eat the exact same food, have the exact same conversations with everybody, think the exact same thoughts... you're not a robot, I'm pretty sure there are some variations in your day
But more importantly, I just don't think someone's hormone levels could fluctuate so drastically to account for the difference. I think trying to force it will only make it seem worse.
