ejaculation frequency affecting hardness
I am 44 and notice the more often I have sex, the more erect I am. If I go more than a week between sex, I am not as hard. Do others notice any relationship between the frequency of sex (or ejaculation) and hardness of erections? In a way, it seems like it should be the opposite - the more often you have sex, the more difficult it is to be hard. Maybe the penis is like a muscle and the more you use it, the stronger it gets.

I have noticed that if I go for longer than a week without masturbating I don't get the urge. When I was younger I would have been doubled up in pain and at bursting point and with a permanent erection.
I think that use it or lose it applies here.
