I am 38 years old and very fit. I have a relatively healthy diet. My problem is that it is very hard for me to ejaculate during intercourse. I can ejaculate by masturbating and do so very regularly. Oral sex with the use of a hand by a woman is effective about half of the time. However, I have to finish things off myself the other half. Any ideas what I should do?

i dont' know exactly what problem that ur havin, but for one thing i think you should increase your sexual hormones (medicine,exercise....etc) so that makes sex more pleasureing and easier to ejaculate.

If you masturbate frequently this is probably the problem. Your body gets used to the feeling of your hand instead of normal intercourse. Lay off the masturbation for a while and your situation will improve.

I've had this a couple times, I found that those times were either due to:

A) having ejaculated recently (up to a day before) or
B) thinking about it too much

I have also found that if a woman gets too lubricated, there is less contact with the sensitive area of the penis at the head, and you sliding in and out, but not getting any stimulation. Try a different position or technique if possible?

My husband has only ejaculated 3 times in 14 years during sex. I have to do it by hand and it takes up to 40 mnt to an hour. I am fed up about it.
