I may have more than one problem

First,my sex drive has dropped to next to zero in the last 6 months.I am married and have been for 13 years.SHE is not the problem.
When we do have sex it just isnt thaat enjoyable. When I climax there isnt pain just not that old feeling of WOW.The amount I ejaculate has dropped alot in the last 10 years as well.I had a Vas. about 7 years ago. When I ejaculate it also sometimes feels as if it takes longer to "shoot".Many times I get just a "dribble".Again,no pain just not a great orgasm.
No meds at all.
I have a Doc apt on Feb 10
Thanks

Re: I may have more than one problem

Some loss of sensation seems to occur with some men as they age, but 40 is still young. Some men also seem to have seen intensity after a vasectomy, though it really should't affet things. You are doing the right thing to see your doctor - just be sure to tell him of your specific complaint, and maybe ask for a referal to a urologist.

Re: I may have more than one problem

Sounds like hormone problems (Any chance it's depression?). Ejaculate volume and interest in sex is controlled mainly by testosterone levels. Your reduced volume and now loss of interest means you need blood tests for testosterone, prolactin and also blood sugar. Checking for symptoms of heart disease is also warranted. Tell the doc exactly how things are going, write it down and give it too him if that's easier. You need to get the bottom of this
