Sounds like hormone problems (Any chance it's depression?). Ejaculate volume and interest in sex is controlled mainly by testosterone levels. Your reduced volume and now loss of interest means you need blood tests for testosterone, prolactin and also blood sugar. Checking for symptoms of heart disease is also warranted. Tell the doc exactly how things are going, write it down and give it too him if that's easier. You need to get the bottom of this
