i am a 21 yaer old well built guy that works out every now and then and i have a good diet.

ok, my gf loves giving me oral, alot. and she loves the taste of my semen when i come. i was wondering if there was something i could do to have more semen come out when i come. i get about a spoon full now, is that normal?

that amount is perfectly normal. as far as increasing the amount, some people say there are some herbals you can take, but I've never seen anything definitive.
you are a lucky guy on several fronts, that she likes oral and the flavor. most men have bitter semen, and their partners don't care for the taste. if I were you, I would just drink plenty of fluids, that may help with the volume. enjoy!

thanks for the advice, i sometimes cant believe that she loves it and likes the taste, i aint letting go of this one
