Swollen penis
During foreplay, I feel a slight pinching sensation at the base of the penis on the right side (where the penis meets the scrotum) . After sex,that spots swells. It goes down after about hour or two.

About 2 years ago I was put on doxycycline after complaining of sore testes... the pain is better these days, but it never really went away. Could there be a connection? We also use latex condoms. What about allergies?

it might be a lymphocele. This is a hard swelling that suddenly appears after sexual intercourse or masturbation. It is usually on the shaft of the penis, near the foreskin. It is caused by temporary blockage of the lymphatic channels at the margin of the head of the penis. It will go away on its own, and there are no after-effects.

Well the swollen area is never hard, it's always soft and it happens near the base... I'm circumsized too.
