Over the last few days I've been having very mild contractions inside the perineum area. They are not painful at all, it just feels like something is shaking around.

I'm 23, typically masturbate about once a day, sometimes 2-3 times a day. Before this, I've been having itch in the perineum and asked my doctor about it and he said it was nothing. Told me to apply anti-fungal externally. The itching seems to be both inside and outside. Could it be the urethra or my prostate?

Is this something I should be worried about?
