23 is not an unusual age to still have spontainious erections.... just something guy's have to deal with, if it happens at a "bad" time try no tto call attention to it. Heres a thought, wearing briefs or boxer briefs will help hold it in place, best position is pointing up.
You do not need the opposite of viagra! Why suppress a natural thing, try not to worry or think about it and it will become no problem.
Not knowing about your life style, how about getting out and getting rid of some energy by going for a run, cycling, playing tennis, badmington or squah etc? Any forms of excercise will firstly take your mind off your penis, and secondly divert your energies into the activity.
Also you do not explain about your sex life - are you in a relationship? I am guessing not because that would take your mind off this! So maybe there is another avenue to go down - go get a partner! If you are having regular sex your problem will 1. not be a problem, and 2. you will be busy thinking about something else! If you are not in a relationship or having sex, maybe more or less masturbation? When I was a teen I always thought I could get rid of erections by masturbation, so I did it a lot! LOL.

masturbation is the cure for too many erections. it's quick, fun, and doesn't interfere much. I don't think you really want to chemically alter yourself to lessen your ability to have an erection. If you could, what if it worked too well, or had permanent effects.
i know erections are healthy, but nobody can seriously tell me that having erections in front of people is normal, especially if your standing up in a crowd at work etc and you dont want the erections to happen and you arent even thinking about them.
imagine not being able to wear shorts in the summer, or have a girlfriend because having erections happen out of the blue and they dont last at all.
there is so many horrible situations unwanted erections could get anyone in

Have you tried the clothing-concealment approach? If not, do it. Wear tight-fitting underwear and baggy jeans - then stand in front of a mirror. Notice anything outstanding? If not, then nobody else can either. Feel free to spring all the woodies nature can provide!
I don't know of anything chemical which works, besides the legend of saltpeter.
I thought it was Bromide! That was what was reportedly put in the tropps tea in the 2nd world war!
But, Joe_Blo, please do not try this or any other chemicals. What is happening to you is perfectly natural, and it is more in your head that the effect will be worse than the cause. Get out and do some good strenuous excercise. Wear some nice tight briefs, and loose shorts. Forget about your penis for an hour or so, and enjoy a run, walk, whatever makes you sweat and causes your heartbeat to rise. Do this a few times a week, and you will not only feel fitter but your mind will be concentrating on something else.
OR, option 2:
Go for the real challenge - do what I suggest above, but instead of wearing any underwear just wear a pair of sports shorts. Go for a run, or a walk or a bicycle ride or whatever but you may want to do this in the dark! Yes sure you may have erections, but after a while they will go away. Yes really. Your body will become used to the freedom, and will not always erect. It will take a little while to not ever have erections when taking a run or whatever, but you will be able to condition your body not to do this.
As for the rest of the time, again not taking too much notice, ignore it, dont touch it or make it more aroused, but mainly just get on with your life.
