Question What are "normal bumps" to see on the penis?
Hi there,

Without anyone getting too medical. What bumps are normally found on the penis?

I have a series of 'almost' flesh coloured bumps on the underside of my 'helmet' on the upside, which faces me. If I turn my penis around [when flaccid] the bumps do continue around the side, and they are very small.

I think I have had them all my life, or at least since I was 12 [I am now 26] when I began masturbating.

I have always taken them to be natural decoration, they are not painful, and I am not worried by them, but I am curious to know if anybody else has them?

They sound like pearly penile papules. Try a web search for images, to see if that is what yours look like. If that is what they are, they are harmless nerve endings. About 30% of men have them, so that you can see them. In the rest, they are there, but can't be seen.
