Bumps on Head of Penis
I have some flesh colored bumps on the head of my penis, that are kind of shiny and they are not like around the rim, so that rules out them being pearly papules. They are very tiny and hardly noticable. There is probably like a hundred of them. I was just wondering if these are normal or what.

Molluscum (correct name molluscum contagiosum) are pinkish-white round lumps, each about 1–5 mm in diameter, which are caused by a virus.

Lichen nitidus consists of tiny, shiny, flat-topped, flesh-colored pimples, which are difficult to distinguish from warts. The pimples are usually seen on the shaft of the penis and their cause is a mystery. They may remain the same for years, or may disappear of their own accord. They do not usually need any treatment.
