frustrated about "banana penis"
My husband is a diabetic. He has been on metformin and lisinopril for around a year and a half. For the past few months, he hasn't been able to get a full erection and also it is bent like a banana. This is VERY frustrating for both of us. Could this be caused from the diabetes or from the meds ? Ty

Diabetes can lead to erectile dysfunction, as can some meds but I have no idea about the ones you've named. He should talk to the doc about it.

He may be developing Peyronies disease, a condition in which a portion of the erectile tissue becomes scarred (internally) leading to deformation and shortening of the erect penis. Have him see a urologist for a definitive diagnosis.
