Strange "blood blister" type thing on penis..

Earlier whilst washing I noticed a strange lump on my penis. It started as a red patch of skin and being the idiot I am, I squeezed it a bit. It quickly turned more and more red, and swelled up a bit. The swelling has started to subside, but it's still quite sore and red. The patch is very defined, like a blood blister, however the lump behind it is bigger than the patch. I have not had sex for a long time and all my partners were clean, however I masturbate quite often (twice a day). Any ideas? If it's relevent, I have pretty bad sebacious prominence, possible a blocked sebacious gland?

EDIT: Forgot to mention, it is at the bottom of the shaft, amongst pubic hair, possibly a blocked pore?

Re: Strange "blood blister" type thing on penis..

Checked it this morning, looks more like an ulcer to me now. The surrounding area is very sore, but looks ok. There is tiny (pen tip sized) red spot about a cm away from it. I'm sure it's not an STD, since all my partners have been clean and I've always worn protection. I'll goto the doctors later, see if they have a better idea of what it is. My balls are aching a bit though, if that gives you any more idea.
