im 19 and have been with my gf for over 6 months now. she really enjoys giving me oral sex, but for some reason, i just can't get off on it - its enjoyable yes, but it doesnt excite me enough to orgasm - make sense ? for example, last nite, she had to pleasure me for nearly 50 minutes before i could reach orgasm - is that normal

Its probably because you are very comfotable getting yourself off with your hand, and know exactly what to do and what works. If you have intercourse it is a totally different thing and the whole body gets involved. With oral sex you can lie there and just enjoy it but it may not be in the same league as you are used to. Her technique may have a lot to do with it of course, this is where gay/bi men have an advantage because they know what gives pleasure! Explain to her what you like best about her technique, and what does nothing for you and let her learn!

Oral sex does it in a heartbeat for most men. For the rest, it just doesn't do the trick.
That doesn't mean anything, except it may not be the thing for you.
