I guess it depends on what kind of farts he is talking about, there are the smelly rectal farts or what I call "sex farts". if it is "sex farts", I have only had it happen when doing it doggy style, if you pull out all the way and then re-insert sometimes you can trap some air in there and when you go all the way in the air escapes between the vagina and the penis causing the "sex fart". with practice, you can make it happen on demand, if you and your partner are in need of some humor, give it a try, it can be very funny sometimes.
