Re: will being circumsized help? or not!

hi, i've read the message from jag, and i have a similar problem. it hurts a lot to pull my foreskin over my helmet, i've tried when ive had an erection and it hurts. would it help if i did it in warm water at all, a shower or a bath?
Any help would really be appreciated. thanks.

Read my stretching instructions at the top of the men's health board. They should tell you all you need to know but get back with any questions. Warm water helps to soften for stretching but its effects are short lived. Stretching will usually give a long-term cure if you keep at it.

You have Phmosis and really need to be evaluated by a urologist. They can assess the severity of the problem and recommend a course of treatment. Seriously, this is a common problem but one that can have lasting consequences. See a doctor!

Re: hurts to pull foreskin back

You could see a doctor, who most likely will recommend a circumcision.
Or you can try stretching, which costs nothing, requires nothing but the fingers and regular practice, and will very likely solve the problem in less time than it would take a circumcision to heal. Your choice.
