Does working out hardcore cause your testerone to be lower??
I'm 30 and always worked out, started working out with a trainer about 3 months ago.. I work out hard with him about 3x a week for an hour or so.
Ever since then i notice a loss of sex drive and little to no erections.. AM wood ok but later at night and sometimes with GF they are non existant.. I really have no sexual desire anymore either
It sounds like you do have a low testosterone level but, probably not from your work outs. See a doctor and have it checked. There are injections you can take for it. Keep in mind, they are a steroid. The good thing about that is, you build muscle faster. The doctor will only give you what you need to bring back to where you should be. So, for the most part, they're safe.
At only 30 years of age if you are low on T you may do best with HCG. T replacement will shut down your testicles, they will shrink and stop producing T and sperm. You will be for the most part sterile. HCG will stimulate them to make more T and keep them working instead of shutting them down. You can also take HCG in conjunction with T so your testicles dont shut down. Here is a link :
