Hey hon, I didn't check the pics out, but have a sneaking suspicion that it may be some type of boil or ingrown hair. My husband gets these boil (SP?) type things on both sides of his inner thighs and then they rub against his thighs or chonies (underwear) and get really painful. He pops them and digs at them and he's going to get infected if he don't stop...so don't pick!!! He switched to boxer briefs and that helped quite a bit....I also have him use this spray called diaper mist or something like that, it dries the little suckers out.
