Adhesions
hi guys im uncircumsized and i have phimosis but i also have adhesions on my glans. I was wondering if there are any products i can use to help stretch the adhesion? (any creams etc)

You can try to free the adhesions, by putting on some baby oil, and gently pulling. If that doesn't work, the doctor can give you a local, and slice them free. You should work on the phimosis first, so the doctor can get to the adhesions. Good luck. An uncut one is a little more work, but definitely worth the effort.
