Hi, I am new to these boards and I was just searching for some help with a problem I was having and wanted some insight.

I am a 22 year old male. After I ejaculate, by either sexual means or masturbation, I become extremely fatigued and tired for a period that can last up to 24 hours. This has actually been a problem since I was about 16 years old and was before I had encountered any sexual contact whatsoever. If anyone has any idea what this could be or how i could help correct it, it would be greatly appreciated as it takes away from any daily physical activity I do drastically.

No ideas? I've tried to research this on the net as well and have not come up with anything. Maybe I'm just weird haha.

Its not uncommon for guys to feel tried after sex .All the tension is gone and the urge to have sex is low.Some guys take an hour and start to feel the urge returning , while others may take longer.

You will always notice that a coach will say to his team "No sex the night before the big game" , and its for that same reason.

haha thank you, and yes ive heard that term a few times. Anyways, I figured that was a common occurance but I was just concerned with the fact that I literally would get such a high heart rate and feel light headed an entire day after when I would go to compete in a game or sporting event of any kind.

Obviously this sucks, as I really have to plan my times.

If anyone else has any ideas of like something I could take or a different diet i could try to reduce this would be appreciated.
