plz help me ! i left weight trying to grwo an dgain strenght and muscle so that i can be in good shape...but i ve a problem which is wet dreaming...i used to masterbate a long time ago i quit since 3 months but i keep having wetdreams i dont know why like every month when i get in shape it ****s me up at the end!!!i really hate it and i havent watched any porn or adult stuff for a three months an dont like it anyway...i lifted weight for those months but wet dream had to ruin it for me ... this is really unfair, i want this to stop...i hate wet dreams all my effort on gaining strenght and muscle drains down the gutter!!i seriously hate it!!i wanna know if there's anyway i can prevent this from happening... i really need to know plz, its like its not letting me grow!!i quit masterbating when i was addicted to it...i dont like mastebating, nor wetdreaming but the only problem is wetdreaming, i need to know how to prevent it! plz let me know...
Masturbating or having wet dreams does not prevent you from gainig muscle or growing! It's part of a healthy male's developement. Educate yourself and talk to your doctor about it.

I don't see how wet dreams have anyhting to do with losing muscle or strength.
As far as not liking the wet dreams goes, no one has any control over what they dream, so really there's nothing you can do about it. It happens. It doesn't mean anything other than your brain being active and causing you to dream. Now, if you feel guilty for having wet dreams, then again, you need to realize that you have absolutely no control over it unless you want to force yourself to stay awake every night, and this isn't healthy because you have to sleep in order to stay healthy.
I am a happily married, heterosexual woman, but have had dreams about women having sex. The first time it happened, I was stunned, but also realized I had no control over it either. We can't control what our brain does while we are asleep in any way. Sorry..
