Hello everyone, I have a quick question here. I am currently 17 and going through puberty. I have become friendly with my male genitalia, but I have noticed these small white bumps on the underside of my penis, near the head, or the frenulum (is that the right spelling?). They do not hurt, they are "rough" so to speak. and after I ejaculate they are sensative to touch, the best way I can describe the feeling is like having ants crawl on you. I only notice these bumps when I touch my penis, or look at them. I've seen other guys penises before and they don't have these white bumps. Is this just a thing that makes me, me? Or is it something else, also as far as I know I have no STD's or STI's
They're called pearly penile papules. Lots of men have them and they are totally harmless and normal. They are not a disease and you need not worry about having them.
Just a thought here. When I find that special woman, I wonder what she will think. When she touches my male member, and feels those "pauples". I guess I shouldn't worry about it, but theres always that "what if" in my mind. Are these a turn off for women? or are they a minute detail to the whole package.
Well of course, that depends on the woman. I have heard more than one guy boast that his papules were an extra stimulant to his lady during sex and a friend of mine actually told me they drove women wild! However, there are always going to be people who will not know what they are and will either ask or be put off by them without asking. It all depends on how prominent they are on you. The best thing is for you to be informed about them - know what they are and that they are a part of a normal penis. This way you can inform anyone who asks about them in a confident way which could put her mind at ease.
