Testicular pain

over the last couple of day's I have had a pain in my right testicle. actually the testicle seems ok, but a the top of my right testicle where the tubes or veins come out it feels like a lump and the slightest nock to it gives an ache that is like someone squeezing my testicle. even the slightest touch I can feel it painfull. I had a vasectomy nearly two years ago and I find that particular testicle has been more sensitive that the other but no where near the discomfort I am now feeling.

Any advice would be appreciated.
