I'm not circumsized, but i have a condition where i had an injury to the penis.. and now my foreskin doesn't work as well as it used to. It happened 2 years ago, and the result is that my foreskin, after an erection, stays behind the head of the penis..it stays there for a long time, maybe the entire day. and because of it, when i walk or move, i keep getting erections. So i imagine it wuld be the same for circumsized guys, no? How should I deal ... i don't want to feel sexual all the time, but i keep getting erections.. when i walk, or move, or if i ride the bus.

First off, consult a doctor to see if there is something that can be done so that your foreskin will cover the head of your penis more quickly after you ejaculate.

Men who are uncircumsized are likely to have more sensitivity on the head of their penis when the foreskin is retracted. This is simply because the skin on the head of the penis is usually covered by the foreskin and kept out of contact with clothing etc until erection occurs. A circumsized man has had that skin in contact with clothing, etc probably since being an infant and has lost some of that sensitivity. So, the answer is that circumsized men are not in a constant state of arousal.
