Masturbation and Heart Rate
I was curious if anyone else would masturbate and ever get pains in there arm ( the one they arent useing of course ) and or a high heart rate .. I just noticed my heart rate after and it must have been 120-140 easily.. I was quite worried. ( am 20 years old also ) am I over worrying?

I don't think that's anything to worry about. You probably don't realize that some of your muscles may tense up when you masturbate. I tend to tighten up my legs, especially my left leg. Sometimes I can get a cramp in it. It'll be sore after I ejaculate. This might be what you're experiencing. Try to relax a little more. I know it's easier said than done.
