New to board, kinda uncomfortable talking about this but its gone too far. I've been masturbating since i was about nine. the problem is that i cant climax under normal masturbation (you know like stroking). it takes a certain way for me too climax. evertime i've had sex i have been unable to climax and have always had to fake it. i need help on what to do.
There was a thread about this sort of masturbation recently. It's called something like traumatic masturbatory syndrome. I had an idea it is sometimes associated with phimosis, tight foreskin. You probably need to train yourself to masturbate by moving the loose skin up and down (if you have any that is) rather than thrusting.
