Noone can tell you for sure whether you can combine an NO2 supplement with viagra or not. But I have done it with no trouble. Keep in mind all l-arginine products are pde-5 inhibitors themselves. So they will have similar effects. I have combined cialis and viagra on a number of occassions without difficulty. I don' t use high doses of any of them though. The nitrates they refer to I think are heart drugs, no? Have you ever heard of NO2 being called a nitrate? I haven't.
