Well, you haven't given much detail so I'm not too sure what to say. Do you only have difficulty getting an erection during intercourse with your wife? Can you still manage to get one when you masturbate? Or can you just not get one at all? If not, you probably have erectile dysfunction which is something a lot of men go through. You should make an appointment to see a doctor and explain the situation to them.
