| Tight foreskin
Hi,
My foreskin has been tight for as long as i know. I am now 29 and have only really been sexully active since 27 (religious). Its now become apparent that something is not quite right.
My foreskin has never been retracted over my glans. It covers it comfortably with some skin left over at the front, but it appears this skin in front of the glans is too tight and won't come back over the glans.
Lately, when i have sex the glans eventually sqeezes through a bit but is deformed and looks like an hour glass due to the pressure of the tight foreskin wrapped around it. Also i develop wounds and scarrs around the circumference of the foreskin which are unsightly and uncomfortable for a week or so.
In many cases my high libido leads me to do it even with the scarring and pain. At first i though it normal and it didn't bother me at all, but now i can't keep facing pain and pleasure at the same time. I can't even tell whether its the foreskin or the frenulum that is the problem as the glans just can't be exposed except with extreme force and pain and during sex and even then only a tiny section is visible.
Please help,
I'v stopped having sex till i sort this out.
