| Is this due to insufficent blood flow ??

My BF had no problem having a errection. But lately his entire shaft and penis head felt kinda soft as if there's not enough blood in it even when he's having a errection. The penis head use to be very BIG and full, but not so lately.
Could it be due to a penis ring that he've started using lately ?? The ring is very tight and it makes the whole of hi penis very much bigger. Could the problems be that the vein that the blood travel through his penis had been expanded and that now the amount of blood being pumped up isnt enough ?? The softness problem can only be felt when he doesnt use the ring, but it wasnt like this in the past. It's still as big and firm when he's using the ring.
