i am 20 years old, i wento the doctors abot a yearsago, i had trouble cleaning my penis because it would hurt so much, i got some medication and did so, my foreskin was a little tite thou was stil able to pull it bak in erection, it just doesnt come down automatically wen i get an erection. i was told to use some creams and stuff different soaps for a while. nothing has worked. my penis still hurts and always has. i can only ussualy masturbate wif my skin up becoz it hurts. i hav b4 but it is to sensative. im afraid i mite havto get a circumsized, and im afraid if that doesnt work and it will stil hurt that would be stuffed up foreva and realy anoying. i am really depressed, and hav got anxiety. and recenctly got off antidepressants.
It certainly sounds like a yeast infection; I had one recently and had trouble retracting my foreskin when normally it wasn't a problem at all.

it could be idunno, it has always has hurt most of my life , i have neva had sex and ive tryd all those antifungal creams, im saying nothing has worked.
