I have rather large testicals which I am ok with, I also have a strong sex drive, my wife feels this strong sexual drive is due to my large testicals.
I didn't think so but is this possible?

Having large testicles is good. It will probably keep you virile well into your elder years.
The libido is complex, it is not related too much to only the secretion of testosterone by the testicles. It is genetic, emotional, relational, and environmental as well.
My testicals are just a little over 2-1/4 inches, my Doctor has mentioned the size several times during my checkups but not a concern because of the size.
