Minor testicle pain/discomfort

Few nights ago my wife and I were participating in some "rough" sex. She had purchased a penis ring for me to use. After I got an erection with the penis ring it was putting to much pressure on my testicles so I removed it. Now a few days later I'm having some minor pain and discomfort in my right testicle, I'm still able to sleep, work, exercise etc. I'm just wondering if I should go to the doctor soon or wait a few more days to see if the pain will heal on its own. Thanks in advance for advice.
