I had a pain more in the shaft after JO, or sometimes sex, especially after drinking. Couldn't really figure out the exact triggers.
It started getting more frequent last year, and freaked me out. Went to a urologist, and it turns out it was my prostate. Essentially, if you have frequent smaller ejaculations, you get some fluid backup. The pain feels like its in the shaft, but its not. The doctor told me to take a hot bath to loosen it up, and, essentially, to stop jerking off so much (at least once per day). It worked. I occasionally have to take the hot bath, but it goes away. Haven't cut down on the JO so much.
However, there are all sorts of things. Could be an infection, just soreness, etc. Doctor. They go to school for this stuff.
