OK Rage, it sounds like you're saying that the deep, personal side of your sex life (or fetishes) are so different from the norm that you find regular sex with a woman doesn't turn you on, right?
I wish so badly I could offer you some help on this, but I really don't know where to start. If you've been fantasizing about these kinds of things since the age of eight, it is bound to be a deeply rooted and powerful thing. For something of that nature, a fetish, to grasp an eight year old is somewhat extreme I think. I don't mean to put you down either, please don't misunderstand..
If it's as bad with you as you say, and you can't relate to sex on a normal level I think it would be absolutely best for you to find a trained sex therapist to help you. I can see it is important to you and why. Please don't wait. You need to be helped and learn how to know sex the way it's really supposed to be. In the mean time I'd suggest to try to abstain from any form of your fetish, whether it's fantasy, masturbation or pornography.
